Hey everyone! I thought that it would be fun to compile some favorite recipes of the Gimbel Family into a cookbook. I know that I love Fat Ed's English toffee and Grandma Gimbel's delicious homemade macaroni and cheese and would love to have those recipes (and more!) in one handy location. I want all the recipes that you guys love to make!
So, either email me or post in a comment any recipes that your family loves, or ideas of recipies that Claudia and Ed need to contribute. I'll post another time with a reminder and maybe send an email to you all. I won't be able to put this together until May, so take your time...no rush!

I always loved the Mustard Cole-slaw that mom used to make. She stopped sometime in the mid-90's and I never knew why...
Another Grandma gimbel recipes so says Claudia...she is visiting my house right now. She needs to dig that up :)
lets see... tuna and spicy relish. i like that. grilled steak taqitoes from taco bell. low fat vanilla yogurt and barenaked peak protein granola. um... i basically eat crap. nevermind.

hey yea i remember that mustard cole-slaw, i was thinking about that some time back. Teressa has mom's (liz's) recipe box and i think i have grandma's.
i will have to give you my german choc. brownie recipe. it's a fav. here and where ever i bring it.
Dig those out Stacey! I would love to have some of Grandma Gimbel's and Aunt Liz's old recipes!
any variation on meatloaf is a good idea.
