Saturday... is it still february?... I don't even know.

So I must admit I wasn't all that interested in the six-word memoirs at first, but mom and dad got me the book and I read it. It's fun. Here are my efforts.

supposed to be tommy, karl instead

simple, but in a good way

dreams free, lives safe, gap sucks

everything been sat in my lap

good at everything, good at nothing

jealous of interesting, creative six-word memoirs

Okay, between Karl, Ryan, Ed and me, there have been some great six-word sentences. I think we will have to publish our own Gimbel book. We'll have to call it "You're never alone: a Gimbel's around!" in honor of the family blog. Everyone else needs to step up. Let's get those spouses busy, too. Where's your six-word sentences, everyone?

By the way, since there has been no Edward Russell news yet, Ed and I have been thinking of him more and more each day. We'll find ourselves saying to each other, "I wonder what Rusty's doing right this minute." We're thinking and thinking of him, and hope he is picking up all our good "karma" or whatever you want to call it. I bet he would have a lot of witty, six-word sentences! It's almost like in that movie, An American Tail, where Fievel Mouskevitz, is singing, "Somewhere Out There, Beneath the Pale Moonlight", and his sister isn't that far away, singing to the moon, too.

I love all of you so much. "You are my joy, and my song" (which is another phrase from a tune that I'll bet no one can identify). You have all given me such happiness.

Your (silly) Claudia

are those the right words? I think I know what tune you're talking about. and you are pretty silly mom. Take it easy goofball.

Ohmigosh Karl! Are you good! I didn't think anyone would remember that obscure reference! I am really impressed.

We love your six-word sentences! You have an excellent command of the language!

life long battle with nail biting would totally fit me as well :) Team Hawkins will have to think of a few six word sentences to describe themselves this weekend
