BEARD UPDATE!!!

On impulse I shaved off the beard, keeping a pair of long bushy chops. Meridth is excited to see my gizzard again. It had been awhile. I realize that you might not in fact be excessivly interested about my facial hair growth, but in my delusional world, your daily lives center around my shaving habits. So enjoy the pic of my clean neck-meats!

Mother writes:
I have a picture of your Dad that looks almost just like this except without the glasses. Amazing what bushy hair and mutton chops will do to a Gimbel. It takes my breath away!

What does Meridth think of all this hair appearing and disappearing? What is her favorite look?

I suppose you will say, "It figures" when I tell you that my favorite look for you is the missionary short, hair parted on the side like a 7-year-old look. Do you think it's because I like the perpetual little boy that every mother sees in her son? I did, however, think that the beard was interesting. I still can't get over Dad not recognizing you at all.

Well, gotta go.
Love, Claudia

As BAW (Brent Allen Whitaker) would say, "beards are a good way to hide ugly"

Wait, dad didn't recognize me? His son?!? His namesake?!?

Meridth is very hair-liberal. She lets me do what I please. She thinks I'm cute no matter what. Me? I'm somewhat fickle. Impulsive.

When I interview with Uncle Sam, I'll cut my hair regulation short, part it like a nerd and post a photo. Excelsior!!
