So after watching some idiots flip houses on TLC i think we gimbel's should come together and start flipping houses. Sure the housing market is slowing, but whatever... i'm a college business student and we all think flipping houses is a lucrative and wise investment. We also all worship ari gold.

the other day i was looking at a chart of the top ten winners and loosers for the housing market. of course the markets that were red hot before, faced the most harsh down turn. but of the winners, 5 of the top ten still showing increases in value were all in UT. ogden, logan, provo, slc, etc.
it was some MSN article.
all it means to me is that while my house continues to rise in value, so do the houses i want to buy. bleh

Who is Ari Gold? Clearly I haven't watched flip that house or flip this house as much as I should.
Richard and I have talked about flipping, but we have no home repair skills. I don't know how useful we would be :)
I can't believe you don't know Ari Gold. ;-) He's Vincent Chase's super agent from 'Entourage', the HBO program that highlights life of a star and his friends. Exective Producer is Marky Mark.

Yeah he doesn't really have anything to do with flipping houses. I was just trying to show how dumb some of my fellow classmates are.
