Wow! Betsey graduates tomorrow!

Another exciting event happening tomorrow is Betsey's graduation from the University of Southern California! Oh how I wish I could be there! Edward Russell, Meridth, Richard and I all got to see Betsey walk across the podium at Brigham Young University in April of 2004, and here she is, four years later, doing it all over again--this time with Eleanor Iris! What happy times.

Congratulations, Betsey. We are incredibly proud of you, and so appreciative to Richard for the many ways he supported and encouraged you. I know I would never have been able to do all my college course work, or my master's work if it hadn't been for your dad! He made meals, did dishes, played with kids, gave baths, changed diapers, read bed-time stories and more--just to help and encourage me.

So HOORAY for Team Hawkins!

Emily will be our next graduate, most likely followed by Casey and Ryan! wow!
