Christmas Swap
Hi Family! I know that I'm getting a bit of a jump start on the Christmas gift exchange, but I was hoping to make a few things this year and wanted to get a head start.
I decided that it might be easier to give couple gifts this year. What do you people think? Would you rather do it like we did last year (see below) or couples assigned to couples?

Christmas List

I know this is a bit early, but I was doing the Christmas Exchange List for my family, so I decided to do the Gimbel list too to ease all our future consciences. I used Edward's 10 sided die to make sure it was random. (Nerd) So here it is:
Ryan gives to Brandon
Casey gives to Richard
Margie gives to Betsey
Brandon gives to Emily
Betsey gives to Meridth
Richard gives to Margie
Edward gives to Karl
Meridth gives to Casey
Karl gives to Ryan
Emily gives to Edward
Hooray for the holiday seasons.
love,
Meridth
ps. Miss you all

Hey Ryan...
...check your email bro. Sent ya something cool.I loved Contra. What an opus of old-school 8-bit power. How privilidged were we to have cool parents to buy us wicked toys. I recall that Ryan beat this game that very Christmas day. Good times, classic.
Reminds me of another classic Christmas some years later. I had begged Mom and Dad for a Sega Genesis, and when Christmas rolled around, I was the happiest lad in Happyland. I tore open the boxes and found two great games F-22 Flight Simulator and Streets of Rage. Awesome. Do you recall what I didn't find? That's right.
No Sega Genesis. I ran up to Mom and Dad where they were sitting on the couch and frantically asked where the system was. Dad looked bemused. "I thought you could just play them on the Nintendo." he said innocently. At this point I started to cry. Dad grinned and reached behind the couch and pulled out one last package. It was salvation I tell you. The greatest moment of my young life.Geeze I was spoiled.
